The Story : Clark Kent arrives in Metropolis and in his second try, he gets the job of reporter in the Daily Planet, one of the greatest newspapers in the world. In the work, he meets Perry White, Jimmy Olsen, Cat Grant and Lois Lane, a reporter with a strong genius, who doesn't like to work with partners. Perry send Lois and Clark to investigate alleged sabotage of the space program's Space Station Prometheus project. Lois and Clark also meet Lex Luthor, one of the world's richest and dangerous man. Lex is very impressed with Lois' beauty, but Clark feels that Lex is a person that they can't trust. Clark decides to use his powers to save people, then he goes at his parents' home and begins to try some ugly costumes. Finally, the next costume is the familiar blue body suit with red shorts and boots and a red cape. His mom Martha goes under the bed and pulls out a box, from which she removes the red and yellow S-shield that they had found in the ship in which he landed. In the space station, Clark gives a boost to the Prometheus go to the space. In the Daily Planet, Perry and Jimmy are impressed with this new incredible guy, and then Clark flies through the window with Lois...she's impressed and then she names him Superman. In the other day, Lois and Clark leave for a new assignment, and she reminds him that she's still on charge.

Perry gets really mad and leaves the Planet. Lex puts a bomb in the Planet and the it explodes. He blames Jack, who gets arrested. Lex proposes to Lois, and Clark tells her he loves her, but she says that loves him too but only as a friend. When Lois ask if she and Superman have a chance to stay together, he says to Lois they can't stay together because she only loves him because he's Superman. Then, Lois accepts Lex's proposal.

The Story : Clark, Perry, Jack and Jimmy begin to search for the truth about the downfall of the Daily Planet. They are sure that Lex is guilty. When Lex gets some Kryptonite, he captures Superman and locks him in a cage with Kryptonite all around the cage. The wedding time comes, and Lois still have doubts about what she really wants to do. Lois walks around the church remembering some moments that she had with Clark, and realizes that Clark is the man she loves. When the Archbishop asks if she takes Lex as her husband, she says she can't, and at this moment Perry interrupts the wedding with the inspector Henderson and they tell Lex they know he is a criminal. Lex escapes, and goes to the room that Superman is trapped, but Superman is not there anymore. Lois goes away from the church, crying, and hugs Clark (he just escaped from the cage). Lex throws himself of the top of his building, and Clark can't save him because he is with Lois in his arms. The Daily Planet is bought again for a rich man, and everthing goes back to normal. Before Lois can tell Clark she loves him, Clark says that he was lying to Lois about being in love with her. (but he was crossing his fingers)
