2103 : The Deadly Wake

Weird but interesting film. Some neat ideas, the cyber-feotus navigator - McDowel as the good (if darkly so) guy and that female killer cyborg - a touch of Metropolis? Great sci-fi casting too McDowell, Gweneth Welsh ( a set-chewing Klingon in one of the Start Trek movies I think), Michael Pare (Moon 44, Falling Fire)Hidie von Paleske (Cronenbergs Dead Ringers) - it's low budget and grimly funny, but mostly you can tell its made by guys who love sci-fi.
