The Terror of Godzilla

A submarine on the road to get back Mechagodzilla's head is destroyed by a dinosaur, Titanosaurus. Akira Ichinose, a young researcher for the oceanic laboratory attempts to find back Dr Shinji Mafune - famous professor who had been rejected 15 years ago by the scientist middle because he asserted he localized the titanosaure and be able to control it - so as to consult him. But Katsura Mafune, the professor's daughter asserts this one died five years ago. In fact, by revenge scheme, Dr Shinji Mafune allied to aliens leaded by the commander Mugal whose planet is on the way to disappear. These last want to dominate the world. Furthermore, the aliens have bring back to life his daughter Katsura, who died following an accident during an experiment, by endowing her with an artificial organism. The aliens thanks to Mafune assistance finish the reconstruction of Mechagodzilla.

Ichinose, wishing to rehabilitate the professor Mafune and so discovering the titanosaure raises an underwater expedition. During the confrontation with the monster, Ichinose discovers that ultrasonic sounds disturb the titanosaure. A supersonic oscillator is then manufactured. The professor sends his daughter to sabotage the oscillator and throws Titanosaurus on the coast unbeknownst of the aliens.

So these last decide to wake-up Godzilla in order that he confronts Titanosaurus and weakens leaving thus the open fields for Mechagodzilla. Katsura is injured while escaping and once more the aliens save her and place in her body a remote control connected to Mechagodzilla allowing thus to ally a living brain living to the giant robot. Ichinose is captured and brought to the alien headquarter...

Spoiler ! the end of the story is revealed below… Titanosaurus and Mechagodzilla leave to destroy Tokyo. Godzilla comes to confront them. The supersonic oscillator being repaired,Titanosaurus is rapidly put out of order allowing Godzilla to devote to the alone Mechagodzilla.

Ichinose gets escape and while the army invests the alien headquarter, Katsura is injured. The professor Mafume is killed. Katsura, finding back her humanity commits suicide in order to destroy the remote control found in her body. Godzilla comes over the two monsters and destroys the flying saucers where the aliens were escaping before returning to the sea.
