The future has a bad attitude. Luc Devreux and Andrew Scott are UniSols; flesh and blood fighting machines whose memories have been erased and whose minds and bodies have been programmed by the military.

They are warriors without fear or conscience and they act on command, no questions asked...until something goes terribly wrong. Slowly the two soldiers begin to slip from the control of their masters. Against orders Devreux saves a young woman from a UniSol onslaught and escapes with her into the desert.
