International corporate giant Omni Consumer Products has transformed the city's last remaining neighbourhoods into virtual war zones to make way for the construction of its long planned, gleaming metropolis, Delta City. As the buildings burn and the streets are taken over by armed commandoes, hundreds of citizens hold out for more than a miracle.
