Futureworld

(Futureworld)

Synopsis

Three years after the revolt of the robots in Westworld, Delos has reopened its doors with much more sophisticated robots; this time completely non-violent and inoffensive.  Tourists can now appreciate a stay in 'Ancient Rome', in the 'Middle-Age', or in 'Spar' holiday city & garden of pleasure where pain and aging does not exist - and finally - in 'Future World' - without killings.  'Future World' is a world where it is possible to ski on Mars.  The world of the Old West (Westworld), where the original revolt of the robots had begun, is now closed down.

Reporters Chuck Browning and Tracy Ballard are invited to have their own opinions about the peace climate that now reigns in the vacation city of Delos.  But the reporters remain skeptical, especially Browning, who remains distrustful mainly because of the death of one of his friends who had previously worked in Delos...
