Set on a Sanitation Patrol Cruiser in the year 2222, Commander Adam Quark, longs for a more adventurous assignment than picking up space junk! His spacey crew includes teh Vegeton science officer Ficus, identically-cloned twin engineers Betty and Betty II, the cowardly robot Andy, and first mate Gene/Jean, a half-man/half woman "transmute".
