Man having discovered the secret of the "H-Bomb" sixty years before the predicted date, a galactic court gathers so as to determine if Humanity has to be saved in avoiding the bomb to explode or if it deserve the disastrous destiny promised by the development of the ultimate weapon. "The Spirit of Man", a being representing all men of the Earth is going to plead for the planet and to face the diabolic Mr Scratch, the inventor of the bomb who entend to prove that Man is unworthy to live (and menace to harvest some billions of souls).
