Freejack

1991. Just as he was going to perish in his car during a car race, pilot Alex Furlong is beamed in year 2009 by the men of Vacendak. Vecendak was paied by a rich old man who readies to lengthen his life by transplanting his spirit in Alex's intact body. But the young man succeeds to escape, becoming thus a Freejack. To escape Vacendak, it cannot trust on anybody because of the large rewards promised for his capture. Only Julie, his fiancee of 1991 - he finds back eighteen years later - accepts to help him. But the affair becomes more and more complicated when both discover that the man who wants to appropriate Alex's body is McCandless, Julie's powerfull boss...
