Synopsis
Superhero Captain America battles the evil forces of the archvillain called The Scarab, who poisons his enemies and steals a secret device capable of destroying buildings by sound vibrations. Based on the comic book by the same name, the hero takes on a crazed scientist who creates deadly machines for his own villainous schemes. Starring Dick Purcell as the patriotic superhero.
