With their video camera on, Julia and Lee, two militants of the ecologist group Greenpeace, accost clandestinely on a small island lost in the middle of the ocean. It lodges an organization that realizes atomic tests and that gets rid of its radioactive wastes by throwing them in the chimney of a volcano. While the intrusion of the activists in the forbidden zone is signalled, an intense radioactivity is noticed in a lake around, fearing the badest.
