Superboy has to stop him, as he plans to blow up the community silo to destroy whatever profits the farms could make on their harvest.

Superboy must step in, with the help of the homeless people, to stop Manfred in his tracks before someone is hurt or even killed.

This new threat makes it difficult for Superboy to help when needed.
