Wiley of the Air Force gives orders to interceptor planes to destroy the plane in a remote area. The head conspirator, Tex Swenson, threatens to drop the bomb if the general doesn't call back the planes. Meanwhile, Steve is working on his own plan to stop both the planes and the delivery...

Instead of smoothiing over the problems, it gives him a incredible boost of power along with some violent seizures. Steve must hunt David down after he begins terrorising the countryside...
